M&A’s Summer Celebration

As a wedding coordinator, there are some days that stay with you forever — and M&A’s August celebration was one of them.

Set at a breathtaking redwood venue with the most spectacular views, their day felt like it unfolded inside a dream. Guests arrived to towering trees and golden summer light filtering through the branches, but the real showstopper was the ceremony entrance: a stunning redwood staircase that led straight down into an aisle of summer blooms. Watching the bridal party descend those steps, one by one, was pure magic.

The ceremony space was surrounded by wildflower-style arrangements — airy, romantic, and effortlessly beautiful. Soft pastels mixed with vibrant seasonal blooms created that just-picked, late-summer feeling. It felt organic and joyful.

And what a crew they had beside them. A big bridal party filled with friends from every chapter of their lives — childhood, college, early careers, and everything in between. You could feel the history and love in that group. They hyped each other up, fixed trains and ties, wiped happy tears, and made sure the couple felt supported every second of the day.

As the sun began to dip, guests transitioned to an outdoor dinner during sunset. The sky turned warm sunset shades, casting the most flattering glow over a truly gorgeous tablescape - thoughtfully designed by the bride herself. She poured her heart into the details, and it showed. From carefully selected decor to layered textures, personalized place settings, and meaningful accents woven throughout, the space felt intimate and intentional.

From there, the party kicked into high gear. The dance floor was packed all night! No polite swaying here. They partied hard, surrounded by their favorite people, under the redwoods and the stars. Shoes came off, ties loosened, and the energy never dipped.

As a coordinator, you hope for beautiful details and smooth timelines. But what you really hope for is a couple who can come into their wedding day fully present, who soaks in every second. M&A did exactly that.

August 2025, beneath the redwoods, was unforgettable.
